Two versions of every kit. Pick by who registers it.
Both use the same saliva sample and lab. The difference is who registers the kit ID and who sees the results.
Helix kit
Instructions in the box are written for your clinic. You register each kit ID for your client in the Helix Portal and see their results there. Clients can't register these kits themselves.

Muhdohub kit
The standard kit. Instructions guide your client to download the Muhdohub app and register the kit themselves. Results stay with your client, so you won't see them in your portal.

Do your clients need a kit to use the app?
No. The app is free to download and MAISIE is free. A kit adds DNA or epigenetic results, which is what makes plans, reports and MAISIE personal.
Which kit should we order?
Helix kits if you want to register kits and see results in the Helix Portal. Muhdohub kits if your clients will register in the Muhdohub app and keep their results to themselves. See which kit above.
Can we set our own prices?
Yes. Each organisation sets what Lifestyle Plans and Dynamic Reports cost its clients in the app, including making them free. Kit and partner pricing is agreed on the call.
Do you offer credit terms?
Yes. Up to 90 days on test kits, supplements and IT development, subject to credit check.
Is this a medical test?
No. Results are wellbeing guidance, not a diagnosis. Estimated biological age is a wellbeing indicator.
How long do results take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks after the sample reaches the lab. With the DNA + Epigenetic kit, DNA results come first and epigenetic results follow about 2 weeks later, from the same sample.
